Happy fourth of July weekend! Around here we’re looking forward to the big parade, swimming, BBQ-ing, and fireworks!
goal 1: be more positive with the children & encourage their growth.
Now that it is officially summer break, it’s nice having the kids around (and a little crazy) but it allows for lots more play time and less structured activities. Bring on more nights of batting practice, sunshine, and giggles!
goal 2: be more creative and allow time for the projects we have and want to have.
Working on getting this little site up to my “loving it” status and LETTERING! New found love around my house is definitely all the fancy ways to write things. So fun, especially doing it together!
Just a few sneak peeks!
goal 3: dates. more dates.
Fail. Fail. And fail.
goal 4: finish grad school.
Complete read here.
goal 5: document life more. it all goes so fast.
Finished and ordered Harv’s baby book! And finding a balance between documenting and just straight up enjoying the moment.
goal 6: find and stick to a prayer schedule.
Why is this so hard? It should come first.
So there you have it. Just a give and take. I once saw this cute insta pic (seriously wish I remember who I saw it from sorry! ) anyway, it had a list of things and it said pick three. .. because yep so hard to do it all.
